     At Bluff City Bluebird Arts, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies.      The time I need to prepare your order varies per item. Personalized items obviously require a longer period to get the details just right.  I will make every effort to get your item exactly as you want and may email you during the design process if I have suggestions or questions. I love getting every detail exactly right and research the theme to add that perfect touch! ​

     Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded but all efforts will be made to correct any mistakes made on our end. Please remember when you are filling out personalization forms to check spelling, dates, and any other specifics. I will copy and paste directly from the form you fill out. If you think you have made a mistake then please contact me as soon as possible.
